Madison Bench

Madison Bench is a Partner’s Associate at Dynamo Ventures. Prior to Dynamo, Madison spent time in business development and marketing at a growth-stage cybersecurity venture capital firm and across various roles in instructional content and design. 

Madison has experience in brand strategy, investor relations, and executive engagement across the venture capital and talent development industries. Her work has included driving firm-wide initiatives spanning investor communications, event strategy, and thought leadership as well as organizing high-profile events for executive audiences.

Outside of work, Madison loves traveling, reading, building her photography business, and doing anything active outdoors. She is passionate about the building and scaling of businesses creating positive change in the world and believes in the value of forging genuine, strong relationships.

Madison lives with her husband in Los Angeles, California.

Detail your most important daily habit/ritual

My workout, whether it be Pilates, a hike, or weight training, is one of the most important parts of my day. That block of time away from any screens, distractions, or notifications arms me with the energy, endorphins, and stress release I need to be highly productive and find daily success.

Which fictional character would you hire as a co-investor, and why?

I would hire the great Albus Dumbledore to be my co-investor. With more than 100 years of wisdom and life experience to draw from, as well as sharp wit, resilience,  trustworthiness, and exceptional emotional intelligence, I can think of no better partner to navigate the turbulent waters of investing with!

What is the one technology you wish existed today?

As a resident of the traffic capital of the world  (Los Angeles) I wish almost daily for something that could immediately abate all traffic at all times of day. The amount of time I would save not sitting in traffic and not having to decide on optimal drive times would be life changing!
