Dynamo is looking for a sharp, service-minded Partner’s Associate to work directly with our investment partners and become a behind-the-scenes force across fund operations, LP relations, and content. This role is inspired by the “Founder’s Associate” you’ll find at fast-moving startups — a high-trust, high-impact generalist who thrives in ambiguity and turns complexity into clarity.
You'll be a multiplier for our Partners, removing friction and enabling them to stay focused on investing, building relationships, and supporting portfolio companies. This is not a traditional ops role — it's part chief of staff, part project manager, and part right-hand. If you're someone who loves switching gears, solving unsexy problems, and sweating the details others overlook, we want to hear from you. To be clear, this is a non-investment role for someone early in their career.
A Career-Defining Opportunity
This is a 2-year role, designed to give you unmatched exposure to the inner workings of venture capital, startups, and tech ecosystems. When the time comes to graduate from this role, we’ll be in your corner — helping you land your next opportunity at a startup, venture fund, or something you’re uniquely excited about. We’ve built our network to open doors for our team, not just our portfolio. As a note, this is a remote role for candidates across the US with a preference for someone in the ET or CT time zone.

Key Responsibilities
This role is dynamic and touches every part of building and growing a VC firm- it keeps the job interesting and varied.
LP & Fund Operations
- Be the first line of communication for LPs — fielding questions and liaising with platforms like Carta
- Project manage quarterly reporting (Fund and FoD), maintain DDQs, and keep our data room clean and current
- Own our CRM and pipeline tracking for fundraising and LP engagement
- Coordinate fund compliance, insurance renewals, and benefits
Portfolio & Internal Ops
- Onboard new investments with diligence and care
- Help manage vendors and liaise with them to get things done
- Support internal tooling and systems that keep us humming
- Partner with our team to constantly improve operational efficiency in an AI-first world
Events & Content
- Lead execution of Dynamo events like our CEO Summit and Hub + Spoke (some travel required)
- Own the Dynamo Dispatch: write, polish, and ship every week
- Source and prep podcast guests: outreach, research, and questions
- Keep our website current and crisp
